Lazy Eye Bubble Shooter app for iPhone and iPad

This type of bubble shooter game allows the user to set specific colors for some game elements. You can calibrate the game to make one type of bubble visible only for one eye and another type of bubble for the other eye. In that way you can play the game with 3D glasses and the eyes forced to work together as a team to see both bubbles at the same time. (You can play the game without the 3D glasses too but it makes it more challenging.) You can use it with a two-color anaglyph glasses and note that the color is not important because you can adjust the colors in the app as you wish
